Today we are roller skating and reviewing my favorite skate rink in the world! Skate Matrix formally know as crystals skate palace and temple hills skating rink is finally reopen under new ownership and I couldn’t be more excited. Beautiful. Love that the rink is owned by fellow skaters so they're mindful of the community they serve. I'm sure that will contribute to their success! Sidenote, is there a reason why a rink won't rent out inlines?

Just the cost of buying so many and upkeep really. I think it’s a plus if rinks do it but it doesn’t take away anything from the actual rink!

Bro I remember about 18 years ago I went to a place in Rhode Island and it was dope!!! It was the best one for my experiences. Huge outside track and the whole center was the dj, concessions and arcade. I loved it. Not sure if it’s still there though. I’m gonna have to check.

You should review the skating rink in Columbia, Maryland! It may not look the best but there are many great skaters. Nice video too!😄

Hey serious question. Just started doing ice. Thought it would be smooth but it’s rough as hell even after Zamboni… any advice please? I say rough but use to wood floors or smooth concrete

Yeah ice is really different from roller. A lot of balance and principles apply but it’s like a whole different world imo. Just keep practicing and being consistent and you will get more confidence as time goes on!

.. Rollo telling you that your a good skater is a very good thing, he came up to me once and told me the same thing. I haven't been back up to the rink in some years, but I may come back. I seen you out their with Polo...I am good friends with Polo too.

Bend your knees!! and, Keep Skating.....

Wear safety gear! Elbow/knee/wrist pads and helmet are designed to protect you if you fall. And you can practice falling safely on grass first. No use busting @$$ on concrete if you don't have to. :)

Just be consistent and try to skate as much as you can. Trial and error is the best way to learn even if it can be frustrating at times
