EngSub *Interviewer* Compared to the first season, what changed on set, how dynamics changed? *Beatrice* Are you only talking about the set? *Interviewer* Also among all of you *Beatrice* Our friendship is stronger, but ever since the first season we were good friends *Greta* I don't even know why 'cos we're very different but despite that, we became great friends. *Beatrice* We weren't expecting it because it doesn't usually happen, but we linked and now more than ever. It's beautiful, we're more than happy about this. Talkin about the work, we're always serious about it. *Greta* There's a nice vibe, it's good being here. *Beatrice* Also because of everyone being so young, it helps a lot. *Interviewer* You're super young, but we saw in Skam that sometimes we make crazy things for love or just to get noticed by a boy we like. Have you ever done something crazy or stupid for love? *Beatrice* I think every teenage girl, also us being barely 20 y/o, has done that. *Martina* Of course *Greta* I was in love with a guy, I'm not gonna name him, but he was much older than me. I was 14 and I texted him on facebook, but he never replied and his friends were mocking me. But after this, I became stronger (jocking) *Martina* Lying on your age for older boys... *Beatrice* It's true. When someone is in love, is driven by feelings, crazy things can be made. It's right this way, we can't always be rational, it's boring! It wouldn't be love, wouldn't it? *Greta* It's right. *Interviewer* Is there a character in the series, not just yours, you recognize yourself in? *Beatrice* Honestly, I recognize myself in my character a lot. Besides it being my favourite one, I see myself in Sana very much, in fact, I love her. *Martina* It's the same for me with Federica, like the guts to say things in the face. If Federica wants to tell you something, she will as soon as she'll see you. Living the world with lightness... *Greta* I see myself in many attitudes of my character, but maybe I was like that when I was younger and now that I grew up I feel more like Eva or Eleonora, maybe more Eleonora. Silvia is close to my nature in some aspects, but not her being shallow. Besides that, I really like her character and I'm happy to be her. *Interviewer* Skam is an inclusive series, which means your characters have social media profiles like if they actually exist. So, is it odd for you to know your characters have their own life? *Beatrice* Yes, a lot. *Martina* Seeing her Instagram profile with my pictures and another person's name... *Greta* It's strange *Beatrice* Many times people think our characters actually exist and they think it's us, so it's odd for us not having our own identity, 'cos for fans I'm not Beatrice, I'm Sana, and I always will. And if Beatrice posts a picture, "What are you doing? Put your hijab on!" *Interviewer* A message for your fans to convince them to watch the second season, even though it's probably useless. *Beatrice* We got it, I'm always the first one to talk. *Federica* You need to watch Skam because Sana won't have her hair down but she'll wear her hijab, so there's no risk. *Greta* Then there's Edoardo :) *Beatrice* To finish, You must watch Skam 'cause it's not the usual teenagers series. You can see yourself in it a lot. I realize that when I was 16 I was really like that, I was saying the things, and it's the first time a series actually shows what's real life like. Which is cruel and stupid. *Greta* Probably, when I was 16/17 I would've loved to see a series like this. There wasn't any kind of, so I'm happy to be a part of this and maybe help the public to not feel alone, we've all been there. *Martina* We've made mistakes, we made wrong decisions, it's normal, it's life. *Greta* This way you can change and become a better person. *Beatrice* I can say we couldn't describe it any better!
