My friends 2012 wolf shark gets mad bite with a quarter inch riser! There are options to get around that ( shave in wheel wells, tighter trucks) but, it's just nice to have a deck that you don't have to change!

@MrFingaborder yea i doublecheck on my wolfshark already, it certainly is the angle of the lighting which makes it seems like 3d concave was added. Therefore explainin the use of Footstop.

If symmetrical is all you like to ride, I would get the 2012 because, even though the tail and nose aren't symmetrical, the foot platform is, so it feels a lot more symmetrical and easy to throw around either way.

bend your front knee, fold you back knee a bit going into the slide, then like extend your back leg. it helps to go faster and carve more, and be able to heelside predrift

When you film at either 60 or 120 frames per second, you can do really clean slowmo since you have so many frames, normal cameras fil at 24 or 30 fps so when you slow it down, it looks choppy. The GoPro actually can film at 120fps in vga resolution or at 60fps at 720p. Peace

people think 78a is soft for freeride its on the soft side but not the softest the problem with going soft isnt the slide its the speed at which they wear. 78a slides super buttery although i recommend 80 or 81a

you get used to it, ive had mine for a couple weeks and it took me about one day to get used to everything and i came from a symmetrical drop board. you should be just fine just avoid wheelbite, switch heelside to pave in your mouth is not a slide i favor and i learned the hard way.

My Freerides only leave thane when I hold the board at 90 and ice them out. This rarely happens with standies, especially speed checks.

Very nice dude, just one question, I'm going to buy the 2011 wolfshark and I wondered, isn't it a little bit unconfortable doing switch standies on it? I'm a symetrical board lover, that's why. Thank you
