If you're reading this, I (on behalf of your subs) want you to understand that we don't just love your videos, we love YOU and if YOU feel like chilling for a day and not uploading THAT IS FINE and we wont judge you. We are all human and we all need to relax sometimes. I understand that you want to upload daily and stick by your schedule but just remember that the option is there and you don't need to feel bad if you, for some reason, can't upload. Keep up the good work man your motivation is inspiring :)

I think John has a lot of things he aspires to in the future, and that makes him eager to sacrifice the small 'instant gratification things' like sleeping in and wasting time on technology, and work instead. And after time, he started enjoying the process of building those aspirations (he said so in another vlog), and then it all easily becomes an effortless habit. It's kinda fucked though if you don't really see (or rather feel) future things to be more satisfying than these instant gratifications. I'm struggling with this big time. I just started reading 'superhuman by habit' and it really goes into depth on this. Like why some go after their dreams and others can't get up in the morning. Only about 20% into the book, but you kinda sound like me and I'm enjoying it so far, so I would recommend it.

John Hill a lot of your material is great, but I think you are trying a lil too hard and it's coming across as ingenuine. I don't mean to be negative or overly critical, but I think you'd be better off if you did take a day off or slow down just a bit. Some things you just can't rush (like growing a garden lol). John, I have wanted to comment for a while. In my day to day job I see the worst in people and see people in their worst day of their lives. I have found it becomes easy to write off the world as inherently bad, or intentionally cruel. I began watching your videos after seeing you featured on Brailles Channel. Like a few of your viewers I found you to be a little hard to swallow at first. Then I found myself coming around and warming up to you. Finally I have found myself craving your positivity. I have found that your work ethic and drive to live life has inspired me to "dare to be positive". I challenge myself daily to take the hard road and actually look for the good in the world, the beauty of a building, landscape, or person. I have found that by doing that I have been much more positive, and happy in day to day life. John you have inspired me to be happy, and positive again. You have inspired me to go after what I want and follow my hearts desires. Thank you. John, I challenge you to continue to live your life on your terms. I dare you to be positive. I want you to reap the benefits of your hard work and dedication. If anyone deserves it, it's you.
