Electric skateboards and skateboards in general are becoming a more popular way of commuting. Not just your regular commute though, no, there is this special term that is being used for this “way of commuting”. It’s called a last mile commute. The last mile commute occurs when you have to walk from place to place for more than 20 minutes. Then there must be a more convenient way to commute. That’s where the skateboard comes in. A cruiser board, penny board, long board or electric skateboard all seem pretty good choices. Of course skateboarding brings the solution but it’s not the regular street skateboard that comes to help. It are those other forms of skateboarding that will become the future of the “last mile commute”. There is a full review up on my channel about the electric skateboard in this video but I do not recommend it since it stopped working a week after the review. I do like my penny board and of course the regular skateboard in this video. As shown in the video I do not own a longboard but there are good reasons for that.
