Matt is a beast. I knew on that slam he took on the hip he must have got shredded up on those tiles, next clip his pants are clearly ripped up along side his hip. Never made a sound, never showed it hurt...dude's a tank.

In the history of lanky vert dudes on Powell, it's hard not to compare Mathew's determination to blow people's minds and live up to expectations to a bagel bite eating former Powell dude from a different era.

All the people complaining yesterday about not enough Matthew footage are eating their words, now I see why you didn’t really respond, also have we come this far in skating that Matt’s Melon and Chris’s blunt kickflip aren’t video part tricks, I would’ve never imagined in 02-03 when I really got into skating, stayed in 99 but didn’t really have good knowledge for a few years, that skating would be at such a high level that these tricks would be in a RU-vid video, not hating just blows my mind
