Skatteøen in Djurs Sommerland (Denmark) is a Mack water coaster from 2011 which very much resembles the ride lay-out of Poseidon in Europa-Park, but without the middle part. It is situated in the pirate section of the park, close to Sablen, a kiddie freefall drop tower and Piraten, an Intamin roller coaster.
After going up a lift hill, you experience a small coaster section before being dropped into the water with a big splash. Skatteøen is a short ride, but nevertheless a fun water ride, especially during warm summer days. And although the splash may seem really big when looking from the side, you don't get extremely wet. But not dry either of course.
