I’m on my 2nd pair. For the price they can’t be beat. They are heavy; but I like the protection. I can get a year and a half out of them; and I get them wet a couple of times a month. I use to run with boots on; but I can’t anymore; so that’s irrelevant to me. Thanks for making the video.
I see the motorcycle in the background. Do you think these boots would offer adequate crash protection for street and highway riding. Also walking in trail and brush, do you feel like they would protect against snake bites to the feet and ankles?
Mine fell apart the first week ..leather is so awful I thought it was synthetic. My leather started splitting apart once they got a few rain drops on them
those things about took me out. pain had spread from my back to my feet legs shins pelvis i almost couldn't walk. i didn't know it was these boots at first. because the job i has initially bought these for i sat half the time. then i got a more paying job that stood and worked more (the entire shift). so at that new job the pain began to spread for a about a month or two it got so bad i was limping everywhere, the floor was hard in their and it was a lot of stationary standing bending slouching. I switched to my navy boots to see if it where the boots, and before that day ended i was limping less and able to freaking walk again. then i used the voucher at work and got me some timberlands that cost almost 4 times a much as this boot
Yeah they are comfy and I liked them until recently until I noticed the leather ripping from the sole. Now I'm disappointed. I doubt a cobbler would even bother messing with these either. Im a production welder too so it's not like they even faced crazy conditions guess I'm helping my dad with construction
I appreciated this review highly. This is coming from a namby pamby liberal who lives in Pelosi's congressional district. I'm looking for walking boots for door to door canvassing---AOC in '24. Wish me luck. Seriously, great review.
It is all good lol, after all, we are all "we the people." If you are happy with the representation that you get from the politicians that you vote for, that's all that matters. To me, people will always matter more than the government. Unfortunately, these days, the government seemed to have forgotten who they serve. As for your question, I would probably look into Columbia (if you want budget-friendly). If you don't mind spending a bit more, check out Salomons. Anything lightweight, with not too aggressive of an outsole, should do the job. Thanks for watching!
