First of all, it simply shows your lack of experience in buying shoes. Not the fault of Skechers. Shoes without rubber outsole do not last and is not expected to give good grip. They usually cost £20-30. Buy these on discount, not their full price. Saying, that I am not a big fan of the big brands, most shoes are overpriced. Buy them when they are discounts. The exposed EVA foam will wear down regardless of the country of manufacture. Even if it is made in Switzerland , it will still wear down. Next time, buy shoes with rubber outsoles. However, you may encounter other problems such as the outsole peeling off. This usually happens later in the lifespan of the shoes.
Would be interesting to know if there is a difference between the Chinese and Vietnamese durability.I’ve had a pair of really comfortable Altra trainers which I have walked loads in and they’re still going strong after 4 years 😊
Hi Linda my brother bought the Vietnamese ones different style they are still ok , the shop where i got mine i went in the other day and they had the same pair as mine in both makes , i dont want waste my money on another pair , if i did it would not be the ones made in china 👌👌
