Skeledirge is a MONSTER! 

That was a big brain battle at 11:15! Shadow Haunter does surprisingly well to threaten a Dunsparce and get both shields

It’s crazy because I just finished using Skele in a few sets and it’s absolutely insane lmao😂😂🔥🔥💯💯

I built a low rank Skeledirge (1112) for the Holiday Cup and ran it with Jellicent and a Dunsparce lead and it did me WONDERS (aside from the occasional Obstagoon). Now I've been running the same team in the open Great League and it seriously is so OP sometimes. Dunsparce as the lead is just absolutely insane

I've also felt like Skeledirge has been really strong. Most of my Holiday Cup teams have had it, although I tend to close with it and try to save shields. It's been great for me with Lanturn in more ABC lines - lots of different Pokemon for the C have worked out like Altaria, Girafarig, and Chesnaught. The lines aren't perfect, like Altaria overlaps rock weakness with Skele which you have to look out for, especially when it comes to Vig's Rock Slide, and the Lanturn core shares a ground weakness, but the teams have all gone positive anyway and been a blast to play in spite of my nagging feeling I haven't found the best C for that core yet

Hey Z, really aprecciate keeping track of your videos all this time You have a really good vision of the game, and I feel that certain games you lose, you could actually win if you could count the fast moves a little bit better. For example, when you have a pokemon that has a 3 turns fast move against a 2 turns one, you should throw your charged moves by 1, 3, 5 or 7 of your fast moves... ALWAYS! It grants you an optimal amount of energy by not letting any fast moves pass by. Same for 4 turns (like volt switch) or 5 (like incinerate). Keep it in mind and take a more carefull look in this tactics. It sometimes grants me impossible games and feels SOOOO satisfying to reverse the match on your favor by taking advantage of it. I would say, the title of goat should be passed down to skelederge from awack. Ofc it's up to u to decide, but with goat typing, skele is great ngl

Exactly same team as mine except I'm using girafariq and not vigoroth. Even keeping my skeledirge with 1 shield advantage is enough. 1 more for girafariq. Dunsparce can survive well without shield due it's bulk

Just built same team with lantern in the middle. Absolutely incredible team, won almost every match.

I have been running a similar core using dubwool as a lead with vigo as a ss and skeledurge as my closer

I ran this same team yesterday and the day before and I got hard countered the entire time, I must have won 10 out of 25 and yesterday 7 out of 25 😢 it’s was devastating

Its all luck isnt it? I took this team and all I faced for one whole set was this: lanturn in the lead three times, unovan stunfisk and shadow dragonite. So, I don't really know what to do.

If dubwool got counter or a buff to double kick on the damage will it better than vigaroth? 🤔👀 When does skeledirge becomes more bulky in ultra league?

What can I replace dunsparce with?

Honest question here: What is the damn point to reach legend rank in this game to begin with just to get a stupid Pikachu Libre EVERY SEASON without any innovation? Besides getting on the leaderboards in the high Elo, what is so great about reaching up there. There is no real incentive to even go for legend every season. If Niantic would implement bringing in mythical pokemon into reaching legend and maybe a possible chance of it being a shiny to catch at the end, that would entice more to go for it. Let's be honest here, mythical pokemon cannon be traded anyway. A damn Pika Libre every season if you reach legend makes no damn sense. I dont ever care to ever reach legend ever in this game, not that i dont have the skills to do so if I want. It's the incentive to go for it in the first place at all. I care about going positive, getting at least 3 wins the minimum or 5-0 just for the simple rewards it gives. Oh, and before any dumbass brings up the "algorithm" as an argument is irrelevant to my question and my point entirely. Niantic needs to up the damn incentive to reach legend every season to keep the gane fresh and alive. It's no different than eating the same thing over and over and over till you get sick of it and realize there is no point after all.

The algo in this game just completely Ruins it, put a dragon on your team and you will always see a dragon on their team, run lanturn, Vigo, altaria? You will see that exact team in a diff order 2-3/5 times. It’s fuckin awful.
