Thank you for sharing your journey with your life changes. I know that you're probably tired of hearing people diagnose you, but listening to your symptoms with your body sounds a lot like something I went through on my health journey. After being tested for everything under the sun, my doctor diagnosed me with fibromyalgia. While waiting for my first pain manage ent appointment, I happened to read an article about aspartame... every single one of my symptoms was on the list of problems that artificial sweeteners, especially aspartame, can cause with your body. Im not a crazy diet guru and the thought of my beloved Diet Coke making me sick was a ridiculous notion in my book until I talked to my doctor... he said that he didnt think my symptoms were associated with my aspartame consumption, but asked if I was willing to cut aspartame out of my diet to see if that was the cause of my symptoms. 2 weeks... in 2 weeks my joint pain and numbness went away, my blood pressure evened out, and I felt 100 times better. Its a long shot, but if you do consume a lot of "sugar free" products like I used to, it could be something to think about. No pressure, but your symptoms matched mine to a T. I just went down the "aspartame poisoning" rabbit hole... you might have just saved my hands lol. All the symptoms sound like they match up. Like even down to the less common lesser known symptoms. I do drink a lot of "sugar free" drinks all most every day. I guess we'll see in 2 weeks. Thank you so much!!
