When you have the lifestyle I do as well As putting out daily RU-vid videos and shorts that require editing… you prepare in advance.

@@zoehartist Whatever works. I just wanted to illustrate (no pun intended) that it's not working the same way for everyone. It seems to be a good and logical idea, but it backfired on me before so I am sceptical about it now. You asked for opinions, well, that's mine. I already feel a bit of pressure as in the last about 2 weeks I keep getting videos about preparing for inktober and it isn't even October yet (I don't klick them all, but I see the thumbnail and title, that's bad enough).

I don’t know why you’re getting so defensive. Like are you upset that people prepare? Why are you so triggered by videos aimed at people preparing for it prior to October? If it’s that stressful either prepare early like most people do or don’t do it. I’ve released multiple pre-inktober videos to help other people and I’ve received hundreds of comments and you’re the only one complaining about seeing inktober videos in the lead up to it.

Failure to prepare is preparing to fail. Sounds to me like this stress is self inflicted. Zoe has put out 6 fantastic videos designed to help people make it easier for themselves and you’re complaining.

@@zoehartist I didn't mean to complain! We are taking past each other! I simply tried to add my view and opinion to the topic, which happens to be different from yours, apparently. I just described why I am not doing preparations weeks/days ahead anymore. You got all defensive explaining that you do it because of your busy life (totally understand your point though and I never even hinted that it is not a good idea in general). And I am nor triggered, I just got the feeling that all this "prepare for" "how to manage" "how to survive" "what to use" type of videos are building up unnecessary pressure (once again: for me, it may be different for everybody else) and I don't like that my timeline is flooded with them in the past 3 weeks (I only watched a few from channels I am subscribed to to support them this way).
