Patrick! You produced a great video clarifying the basic principles and how the five lines on the graph illustrate atmospheric tendencies. im trying to know what this yellow dotted line is on a skew-t chart please help me

It is likely the parcel path. On this Skew T (see the link below) for example, the yellow line is the path that the rising air parcel takes as it ascends.
