Skhumba discusses the State Of the Nation Address (SONA), speaking about the EFF's behaviour, Former President F.W de Klerk's presence, and Prince Mongosuthu Buthulezi not being recognised.
I love Eff, they raise valid debates unlike other parties but their manner of deliverance is down playing them, elders are reluctant to vote for them because of how they act... I just need them to fight smart! Be present!
Hey, Zoe while I agree with you on EFF losing votes due to disruption, they have changed so much in the legal space in the few years they have been in parliament. They are the only effective opposition in the world(that is of course in my books). The younger generation needs to show the elders the gains brought by EFF and their stance on Black Empowerment is important if these same elders are to live anything for their descendants. Apartheid is subliminal still alive and has qualified a few blacks to a white status because of the wealth and education they have. Those few blacks perpetuate the hold of white capital because they are no willing to share or rather empower another black brother. SONA and Parliament are the platforms for EFF to do what they are doing because the issues they raise cant swept be under the carpet after such disruption. What lacks is objective media.
@@ngqabuthoboazgumede5177 Well said. However not everyone can look beyond their behaviour (elders), I will emphasize this because 70% of ANC votes are upheld by them this is why we see them reigning through elections and still governing. Another thing Eff can do a lot for this country, it has proven to be quite capable but inorder for to govern and fully implement they have to change their manner of deliverance, it is labelled as a corrupt party (personally I don't agree with this). I love Eff, I fully support what they stand for, indeed they have done a lot and yet to amaze us, we get enticed to see them fight like that, the bigger question remains how do we get enough people to cast in that enabling power for them to rule?
That is happening in classes this days, we as educators we are not allowed to chase learners out of class yet bona they chased these learners of class (parliament), at the end of the day they want good results from thina. Lantwana benza loku abakwenza emaklasini uma uthisha afundisa bese bahamba nako ephalamende bese bayabaxosha thina asivunyelwe ukubaxosha so eff keep on disturbing until bezwe ukuthi ngathi sidonsa nzima emaklasini udelelwe umntwana uthi umbheka ulingana nomzukulu wakho as long as they don't change the education system ephalamende kuyohlala kunje.
Isn't it funny how you'll never hear Limpopo tribes say they didn't understand something said or done in other languages?.? They are "forced" to learn our languages but we don't try.
