As I age carving like this becomes more difficult. I started skiing 50 years ago at Mammoth Mountain, California. I got into ski racing for 10 years. I only ski a few times a year now but I still enjoy the sport. It is such a rush skiing from the top of the mountain to the bottom non stop.
i take it back, mr lime green looks flashy but is really on his inside ski a lot. for me the best is the 3 seconds of the plaid shirt guy. at 2.03 . wow
This video is amazing and overall great. The amount of effort and detail you put into this video is honestly shocking. You are one of my favorite skiing youtubers and when ever I look to improve in my skiing skills, I come to your channel. I wish to be as good as those skiers, anyway keep up the good work, and ROCK ON!
a lot of the footage was copied from the RU-vid channel "Return of the Turn." The title of the video is "Groomers" (possibly other videos copied). These videos are also available on the "Blizzard Technica" channel... This compilation is quite spectacular. But the original video has an interesting storyline !!!

This is what you get after $10,000 of ski lessons, no job and living on the hill strapped to a set of skis for 30 years since you were 6 years old. Ok then, any one can do it. Get out there.

Nice carving turns! ...@first 3 skiers ... a little bit more forward pressure on the tip of the ski when starting the turns and it would be absolutely perfect ...especially the atomic ski loves that :-)
Some of these skiers although good are not the best to watch because they use up unweighting. The ones to watch in this video are at the following times they all project into the next turns. I will leave out the short turn people they all seem to be using the proper technique. The BEST one is the Atomic guy dressed all in Atomic Red. Ignore the first couple of skiers. 1.35, 2.51, 3.34, the people skiing in moguls are very good but are not carving much due to terrain
Stufu Hack skier woman you are right and there is nothing wrong with it in short turns either, but this is a video about carving and up unweighting releases the edges and causes skidding which is fine if you want that and there are plenty of places that is appropriate, but again this video is about "carving"
