Will this help with keeping the clutches lined up better to help with belt life

Yes, it cuts down on the total amount that the engine moves. Helps to keep the clutches in alignment

@@tlessard1970 I have a 2017 and it has the 18 update kit. Per recall ski doo had. So do I still all the guts of the spacer thats there out and install the polyurethane bushing and spacer that came in your kit?

Will this work on 2019 trail sled(xrs 850)? Also will this result in more vibration to the handle bars or the whole sled?

It will fit all the G4's with 600 or 850 engines. No noticeable increase in vibration.

So I installed this kit on a 2021 skidoo free ride turbo. Do I need to install the shim on the mag side motor mount ?

Without using our alignment tool to measure the alignment its tough to say what you need. However most sleds need at least one shim on the mag side motor mount and one shim in the front PTO mount. This will get you closer to in alignment than the stock setup.
