Thanks for posting. Texatron pissed me off with the closure of my local arctic cat shop so I bought a renagade adrenaline this fall. Do you feel upgrading the non adjustable suspension is worth the ride quality in your experience? I do have the ability to compare with a upgraded model so hopefully we get some snow in PA yet this season and I can jump between sleds. I was wondering about the stops in the back. Kind of figured that was their purpose. Snowmobile suspension is a interesting balance that often defies logic, like you said small changes make a difference. Most of the guys I ride with never touch anything and then wonder why my sled always handles better. When you plant potatoes you get potatoes!
The other question I have, I see you have scratchers do you have overheating issues? What motor is in your sled? My 2015 xf 600 was overheating in below 0 weather last year. Never had that issue before with my crossfire 800 or my xr800.
My sled has the 900 Turbo, I ride mostly in norther Maine so I don't have a lot of problems with over heating, I guess they are really just there as a precaution they stay up most the time. And I used them while breaking in my sliders.
