Last, and probably most famous, song by Skid Row and of this show. - Youth gone wild! Skid Row opened for Guns N' Roses at Wembley Stadium, London, UK on August 31, 1991.
@@Haxzaw You implying he is no longer appealing? To each their own taste, but in general you're just, well, wrong It`s not just youth that makes someone appealing (unless you're pedo) it`s the whole charisma
@@MrMcCabe1 you didn't add nearly enough "i's" he yelled wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiilllllllllllllllld
Some people were just born to own the stage without even trying. Sebastian does that without even trying, he represents all that metal is supposed to be about, doing your thing, taking no prisoners, never bending for anyone and claiming his fortune in anyway he wishes to.
This is one of the best live performances ive seen. Also Bach looks so damn hype, I mean this was his last show in the summer opening for GNR and he loved it, plus man can this guy belt out.
Definitely. That energy! The guys on the console did a great job too! Those leads cut through like a sharp blade! Wow! And they were just the opening act. GNR definitely did something special for such a huge crowd.
Dude in his fucking Prime This guy had such an amazing fucking voice His voice is still awesome but in the prime man fuck I wish I would have seen these guys. Sebastian Bach had a wicked voice
I've played guitar in many bands, with various levels of singer talent (none up to this level of course), and I know how thrilling it is to have an amazing frontman bring your songs to life. In his prime, Sebastian Bach was a monster, an almost impossible combination of voice, looks and stage presence. It must have been otherworldly for Bolan and Snake to see what he did with their songs in the studio and on stage. I remember these guys suddenly appearing on the scene when Bon Jovi "discovered" and gave them exposure. For a few short years, Skid Row was on top of the world, and had few equals on the rock/metal scene...and this is why.
Haven't seen anybody else absolutely RUN across Wembley stage full tilt singing !!! He didn't have to do any acting to be wild - he was the youth gone wild !!!!
First time I saw Sebastian I thought wow he's such a pretty boy! Damn, then he opened his mouth and sang, wtf, had no idea looking at him, he could sing like that! Then you hear him sing I Remember You and he can sing beautifully soft! Either way he shreds it!
the energy from this song is only matched by very few songs. master of puppets, welcome to the jungle, janie's got a gun, tornado of souls, any hard, driving, rebellious, fast song that gets the crowd moving is fucking beyond man
Jack hinder..... flawless you having a laugh, all it was is screaming and rarely in key. Their energy is mental and the guitars ect are great, just his voice all screaming and bugger all else.
I can't stop watching these videos from this Skid Row live performance. The energy & Sebastian's vocals & sexiness are INSANE! Thanks so much for posting these videos of such a great show and decade!
S.B has a insane energy and voice on stage.. wished i could see them in 91, but i was only 11 :(.. now im 34 and the music still rocks..! This clip give me Goose bumps!.
The song of my generation! To all of us who grew up in the 80s and 90s this is for you🤘🤘🤘🤘,because WE ARE THE PROBLEM CHILD ,WE ARE THE YOUTH GONE WILD! Kids these days don't know what they missed ,they'll never get it or understand it, that's fine with me , because I was there
I was right in the middle for this gig. Biggest gig I've seen them at out of the five times I've seen them and would love a reunion. My eldest sons called Scott sebastian after two of the band.
There aren't very many musicians that can SIT and sing - let alone SPRINT from one end of the stage to the other and actually vocalize like Sebastian. My older brother was born in '81 so I heard a lot of great rock and metal from the 80's through him. Skid Row always stuck out the most to me. Many of us nowadays weren't around during this performance (I was 4 or 5 months old lmao) so getting to see what it was like through these uploads is pretty damn cool.
This performance was in a video about the band that my friend and I had VHS of and we watched that tape every day for more than a year, knew every word and move they made :) saw them twice in concert and it was awesome! Pantera opened for them both times ( saw both shows within a couple months of each other)
Remember loving music, knowing you were part of a full scale movement and time? It's never fair for us older folks to define the time, that's for the youth. But I do look around and wonder if this current generation has that. Lots of big artists, but a full scale genre? Not sure. I hope they do, cause watching this brings back so many memories, and I just smile.
Awesome video concert footage! Thank you for posting this. Sebastian is at his best here, singing his heart out, sweaty and all. Plus crazy crowd surfing at the end! True to form - youth gone wild!
"ill tell u what im gonna do, im gonna go backstage, im gonna smoke a huge fuckin joint, get some jack n coke n watch some guns n roses"...that must b amazing to say after u just opened for gnr...those guys got the fuckin life
WOW! that sounds like one of the best memories a person could have. i can't even imagine. Skid Row and Guns 'n' Roses are two of my favourite bands so i definitely would've been blown away, and it sounds like the atmosphere was crazy amazing too. thanks for fillin me in, man =}
Wife going to be mad! I just blew out 3 walls in our house while watching at full volume!!!!Shit was going off inside my house!!!Yeah!!... yeah... yeah!!!!! Bam! I AM THE Youth gone WILD!!!!
