My parents have been running their restaurant for about 20 years or so and this reminds me of some similiarities when it comes to prepping, preparing and all the work that goes in behind the scenes and during their work hours. I'm from Mexico and it's been the most satisfying and entertaining 46 minutes I've ever seen. Apart from the fact that I crave everything I prepare, my respects to this couple who team just the two of them!! eating all that for 4.75 dollars (or 95.13 Mexican pesos) is very cheap indeed.

Time and experience.. You don't even realize you're doing it.. I can set a timer on an oven and walk back to within 5 seconds before it goes off.. pour a perfect 8 oz, 32oz etc portion without measuring... It's a feel and timing that comes with experience and many years.. his passion is what gets me excited. Still happy, and having fun is amazing to see after all those years. That's how you know you're in the right career.. It never seems or feels like work... I miss professional cooking

先週食べに行ってきました。男二人で、チャーハン２つ、酢豚、レバニラ、エビチリを注文。「食べきれるか・・？」って聞かれたけど、「男二人やし大丈夫でしょ！！」って言ったらとんでもない大盛が次々に登場。途中から腹パンパンなのに、どれも美味しすぎて箸が止まらない現象に襲われました。「足りんかったらラーメン作るでな！！ｗｗ」って言ってくれたけど内心『食いたいけど食えるかぁ！ｗｗ』って思いながら「大丈夫！！充分おなか一杯！！」って返しときました味はどれも本当に最高の一言。人生で食べた中で最高のチャーハン、酢豚、エビチリ、酢豚でした。来週また高速に乗って食べに行く予定です。次はヤキソバかな！！！

I respect their dedication on cooking. the Chef is very calm and swift in such narrow place. his wife's supporting for him is mind blowing! unfortunately they are elderly and need some help for service time! ( and cleaning wok station and deep fryer 🤔) too much workload for them and his wife looks extremely exhausted.. I hope they stay healthy and happy! 🥳

If this restaurant were in the US, workers would precook everything and put them in a fridge. They would put them in the microwave before serving. Then, they would be asking for $25 an hour.

It was amazing to watch his conservation of energy. Very little wasted effort to get the job done. His wife was amazing too. She was working very hard to tidy up the place and get the restuarant ready for the day. They are obviously very proud of their little shop.

the problem is the health board inspector will shut down this place in us No. Food in ketchup container ….. They don’t understand food and processing. Washing your hand before touch different food…. Working at restaurant might sound long hours and staying all day, but if you like what you doing. It’s nothing. Stress are coming from people who don’t understand nothing, but you can’t argue and say no to them That why I decided to close the restaurant. God bless them I will love to visit this place.
