Skilled Worker Visa for International Students in the UK 2021

UK Skilled Worker Visa is introduced in January 2021. A skilled worker visa is going to replace Tier 2 Visa in the UK. We will talk about the differences between skilled worker visas and tier 2 visas in the UK and what these changes mean for international students in the UK. Work visa sponsorship will be required if you will not be switching to post-study work visa, but the new point-based system does have many advantages for international students in the UK in 2021. Hi, need your help, I am currently on T4 visa, I have gone through all steps of interviews as a programmer with an investment bank in Glasgow, they updated I have passed all levels of interviews and they will be releasing the offer in days, but the recruiter came back and said that even if I’m applying for graduate visa by own, they aren’t providing a visa sponsorship in future so they aren’t providing offer, what can I do in this stage?

Hi Valeria. Thank you for your video. I have a daughter who is at the moment in the U.K. on a tier 4 student visa. She has just finished her thesis for a masters degree. And is now working for University of Sheffield. Her visa is going to expire in March 2021. There is a job for a Lab Technician to come out in February and they would like to employ her. @@MindTheGrad No but they are talking about passing the english test and cbt, thank God i passed the cbt and among the nmc temporary register.buy i hope they use my undergraduate certificate as english profficiency

usually the undergraduate degree done in English can be used as a evidence of language proficiency, but I recommend asking professionals for this type of help, as I am not a qualified immigration lawyer

@@harshini2741 You cannot work more than 20 hrs/ week when u r on student visa, however there are certain instance where u can do full time work or more than 20hrs per week, such as term break and so on. However you need to discuss further this with your college or Uni and they can provide you with a letter where you need to submit this to you employer.

If the company doesn’t have a license then they have to get one in order to sponsor you for a skilled worker visa

Pease apply English subtitle in the videos because it will make more easy to understand for international students. And my question is can i get tier 2 job in uk after completed llm from uk?Which should i choose sepecialise in llm which have scope in uk for example llm in financial regulation and compliance,fraud and financial crime,international business law,comparative commercial law,commercial law etc? When I have the time, I do add English subtitles, but it is not always possible as it is very time consuming. I do have consultations on my website that can help you decide which course could be best for your profile. I am not able to recommend a course based on a RU-vid comment, your chances of obtaining Tier 2 job does not only depend on the course you study.
