Assalam o Alaikom, First of all Many thanks for your valuable contributions/videos, Sir does dependent need Police clearance certificate while applying together to VFS along with main aplicant. NOTE: IF Dependent are leaving at gulf based on work permit, so does he need PCC from gulf(PCC prepared/avialble From home country ) Jazak Allah Khair

Sir i recently got my skilled worker visa..meri wife dusre visa pe uk me he..abhi me india me hu..to kya sir me meri daughter ( age 15 years) ka as a department abhi apply kar sakta hu..bad me uk jage meri wife ka dependent me apply karva dunga..par abhi wife se pehle me meri daughter ke visa ke liye apply kar sakta hu..plz tell me sir..

Hi sir, I am on tier 2 visa(3years) and my wife is on psw visa(valid until april 2024). Recently we dropped my child's tier 2 dependant visa alone from India on september 8th. We recieved NSF email on 12th and from then no response from ukvi. And now we got to know if my child's visa is granted then she will have same validity as my partner's i.e., until april 2024. Is that true ? Is that the reason why we got NSF email ?

Suppose I am skilled worker in UK and I am staying in UK. The moment I got my visa, it has CoS with expiry of 3 months. Now when I am applying for my dependents, do I have to same CoS or have to ask my company for another CoS ?
