Well, the Blackstone wouldn't let me be great today, so the stovetop was just a good! Watch and enjoy as I make these delicious, homemade skillet burgers! #ILoveHamburgers #SkilletBurgers #CookingWithTheMinors #YourFoodShouldTasteBeautifulToo
Ingredients I used:
3 lbs Lean ground beef
1 Small onion
1/4 C Bell pepper
2 Pieces of white sandwich bread. Remove the crusts
1/3 C milk
1 Tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning
2 tsp Kosher salt
1 tsp Ground pepper
1/2-2 Garlic cloves
1 1/2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
2-3 Tablespoons ketchup

Lady Donna, this video popped up and I started watching from beginning to the end. Oh my that is one of those good homemade greasy country hamburgers 🍔. Joyful Greetings, You are so right.....save the bread for the birds. My daughter tells me no one does that anymore. Thank you for reminding me of my childhood habits. Feeding the birds after cleaning the kitchen was always fun. My mother and your mother gave us that and now we get to give the showing of love nature to our children and grandchildren. Usually 80/20 bcuz the fat content offers more flavor however 90/10 is the leaner option
