To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Carnotaurus. The sheer skill is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of left click spam most of the talent will go over a typical players head. There's also a Carno players nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into their characterisation- their personal philosophy draws heavily from a serial killer, for instance. The players understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate Carno combat, to realise that they're not just good at the game- it shows them something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Carnotaurus truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in ramming through several small tier animals and immediately KOing them without any effort, which itself is a cryptic reference to the dragging bite attacks from legacy isle. I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as the isle devs genius wit unfolds itself on their monitors. What fools.. how I pity them. 😂 And yes, by the way, i DO have a Carnotaurus tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It's for the ladies' eyes only- and even then they have to demonstrate that they're within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand. Nothin personnel kid 😎

Dino nerd time.. it was specifically split into Stenonychosaurus (basically what was considered the main “troodon”) and latenivenatrix. But the isle has decided to stick with their original plans instead of renaming it. I guess Troodon does sound easier to remember than Laten or Steno…
I think its good that pachy can fracture bones easily cause there should be some risk when hunting them so they arent just sitting cows waiting to be eaten.
I mean, if they couldn't insta break bones they'd still be incredibly risky. Pachys shouldn't have the ability to effectively 1 shot everything in the game outside of the apexes.

16:01, there were a lot of Pteranodons bc that location is too shallow for an adult deinosuchus to effectively hide in and they were clearly skimming so there must have been fish there, and also that place seems pretty secluded and there were bunches of perches all over the place.
Is it just me or is this really weird that the only things enjoyable in the isle are the ones that are broken and that one day when everything is balanced out , people gonna hate them for acting the way it's supposed to lol

I like it, imo they should nerf carno's bite more and make it rely on the charge to do major damage, since right now you can STILL easily kill stegos and other big game even though carno is supposed to be a small game hunder
@Krystian Zięba troodon is dubious to the point it’s classified as two different genus’s that seems like a huge red flag especially since it has been considered a Invalid genus. Also isn’t dubious and invalid really similar to each other in this context? As nanotyrannus has been considered dubious for awhile but is mostly talked about as a invalid genus. I don’t know if you meant the “your entire argument is invalid “part as a semi joke if so you did well since you know this whole conversation started all because of me calling a dinosaur invalid.
@@blownapartmovies2243 Yeah I suppose, although it is strange that this becomes a factor since momentum isn’t canceled out in space, so the existence of fuel isn’t an issue, just that the characters are so incompetent that they don’t know the basic physical properties of space and thus use fuel to maintain a constant speed.
Dude deinonychus was tenos natural predator and not too hard for it to hunt. They are giving troodon venom so I wouldn’t be suprised if 2-3 troodon could take it out

So, opinion, a lot of the dinosaurs to be added should have their strengths be based on what scientists say right? Like, T-rex should have a great sense of smell, eye sight, and be able to form decent sized groups. Unique factors among species that isn't just bite force and weight. Spino and sucho and baryonyx should be able to swim fast, see underwater, fish, and have higher oxygen. Shit like this.

Damn when did the isle become a totally different game?! It looks beautiful! The gameplay itself looks like its change quite a bit. You can turn quickly now instead of turning like your driving on a round about!? Well I must say this looks beautiful! My question is where do I get it? I already own the isle. I’m guessing this is an expansion? Or full release?
It's evrima, I suppose you are playing legacy but... I would suggest sticking to the older version (legacy) the new one is really buggy and misses every chance being actually fun to play
The number of creatures you have to eat to refill your hunger is ludicrous, especially with the pachys : in TI, pachys weight 1.3 Tons when adult, and eating that adult refilled only 1/5 of your hunger. Your carno literally ate for half his weight and it didn't even fill it, what the heck is this logic ?!
Lol just a quick correction, you don't weigh more than a carno at 18%, you weigh 2 tons at 10%, so as a 8-9% deino you can drah a carno into the depths no prob xD
I feel like y'all didn't know about the teno damage nerf when you filmed this, cuz you 4 carnos were never in any real danger, hell not even 1 of you would have been taking much of a risk. If you really wanted to you could have just face tanked him to death :l Teno is in a sad state indeed.
I mean, if an animal with an incredibly thick skull rams into your leg bone (which is lighter than average to allow agility) it's gonna break or at least fracture.
lol the intro is basically my journey to fight as a Utah. I gave up but i used to try every update to take down adult Stego at a adult Utah 1v1 and despite doing everything right at some point you teleport into the spike tail from miles away. same issue with Carno randomly games goes OH! nope your dead. seems the same issue still a problem but with a pachy now. The game is looking a lot better visually tho so hopefully its worth joining back someday
Yeah hit reg for pachy in particular is absurd, it can hit the tip of your tail and break both your legs. Not only that but since fracture levels don't exist yet, pachy basically 1 shots everything smaller than 6 tons.
