Skills Test for Privat Pilot Licence UK - are you ready?
In this video I show you a brief file to show how you can put your information in order so that on the Skills Test day, you have the information at hand.
This is a great way to Plan your Flight also, as you can run through the various items with ease. If you have all the info in a folder, you will find it much easier when you are in front of the Examiner of your Skills Test.

Great video was hoping to begin training this year in Ireland ...But as you know Covid put an end to that ..very impressed at how organised you are in preparing your Flight...that should hold you in high regard with your examiner..I was told once that it can be little things that make a big difference on how your going to be ultimately judged..like preparation

Hi, i have been rewatching your vid and created my skills test folder similar to yours but using Cessna charts. I noticed you multiplied the pressure altitude by a safety factor. I don’t recall seeing this figure in any CAA documents or in any of my PPL flight planning exams can you please elaborate. I know saftey factors for takeoff and landings but not pressure altitude.

I always apply the Factor of Safety as per the CAA for everything, so i know i am well and truly in a safe zone of calculation

There should be no factor for the pressure altitude. If you apply factors you run the risk of busting controlled airspace. The factors 1.33 and 1.43 are to be applied for T/O and Landing distances as per the skyway code.
