Tools used:
A scale
A clean bowl for mixing or a beaker
A glass rod for mixing or a spatula
A glass bottle with a dropper
pH strips or a digital pH meter

Thanks for the recipe. I probably won't make the serum but would like to try the fermented rice water as a toner. I don't understand what kind of container you say to keep it in to stop the fermentation. I've replayed it several times. Sounds like "snort" to me...? Thanks
