I literally started using klairs midnight blue calming cream because if you AND OMG, YOU DON'T KNOW HOW MIRACULOUS IT HAS BEEN FOR ME? my skin barrier was SO SO SO DAMAGED, LIKE LITERALLY SO DAMAGED, it has brought so much change on my skin I'm so glad that I trusted youuuu💗💗💗😭😭 I'm so grateful!! Wishtrend was the skincare website/RU-vid channel that literally changed my skin back in 2017 or 2018? And I still use a lot of those same products back then to this day, including the I'm from mugwort and rice toners! They are just that good!! I just made an order from them, but I should go back to the midnight blue calming cream!! And thank you for introducing me to Japanese skincare products like the pair acne cream and the hatomugi skin lotion. Those are being added to my list of HG can't live without!!

I ordered the box. How could I not with your love of the products and the great deal. I already have and love several of your favorites. I think the powder face wash is the one I’m the most excited about. I used to use an exfoliator that contained papain and bromelain. The company discontinued it over five years ago, and I have yet to find a replacement. I hope this will be the one. The only product I worry about is the moisturizer with the essential oils, especially because it contains citrus. My facial skin has developed an aversion to citrus for some unknown reason. We shall see what it does. And thank you for curating the box and arranging for us to have such a great deal on it.

I love using the midnight cream under makeup, especially under eye concealer. I put on a layer and wait 15 mins for it to soak in and my makeup looks soooo good.

Hi Tina. Nothing personal against you but one of my biggest gripes is people saying the mugwort essence is 100% because that’s not true and thanks to new Korean laws we will find out eventually what percentage of mugwort is actually in here.. My best guess is 3 to 5 since extracts have multiple components inside of them but overall, it’s still a great essence :)

I live in India and you are the only youtuber I follow who has introduced me to Japanese skincare and I'm so thankful for that. on your recommendation I got the pair acne cream - hada labo toners - CC melano - Hatomugi milk through a friend from US. Now I seriously doubt if I can live without these products🤭💜💜Especially the PAIR acne cream it does wonders - first use it removes all redness and after 2-3 uses it completely stops the pimples from forming! I really dont know how it does it! I am extremely thankful for your channel. I literally just adopted your 'low' budget skincare and my skin feels amazing!!!!

I'd actually say they are super different! haha - to put it simply: I'm from Rice Toner - better for drier skin + colder weather (rich texture, more glow) Naturie Hatomugi Toner - better for oily/combo/acne prone skin + hotter weather (very watery, but layerable) and the naturie is better value for money. all in all - I like to have both on deck all the time!

Those Lion Pairs are lookin' ROUGH! My tube of tretinoin is the same shit. Then I tightly fold-rolled it up, squishing everything upwards in the process, and that works REALLY WELL. So much better. No flaky shit anymore, and easier to get the product out, and it stays tidy and rolled, because it's metal. I will be doing the same to my Lion Pair when the time comes. In the mean time, I'm trying to never squish flat particularly the edges. 14:29 - In between your serum and moisturiser. Exactly the same for me (sort of, depending on definitions). I do toner, then quickly do my 3 drops of ampoule/serum while it can still spread easily, then snail mucin serum, then quickly get the Lion Pair on there and they both end up drying down at essentially the same time, then I have tretinoin and a thicker moisturiser. I tried putting the Lion Pair on after the 3 drops of serum, but the serum dries down WAY before the Lion Pair, so yea after the mucin for me (if I put a whole-ass dropper tube of ampule/serum on my face at once, then I could change the order up, but that's rather wasteful). Or if I still had my oily skin (glad I don't, though).

Try the Tir Tir milky toner. I have been faithful to the I’m From Rice for years (I couldn’t count the empties) and have been converted. It truly knocks it right out of the park.

@@TinaTanakaHarris I’m an old fart so my skin is desiccated and wizened. I’m not going for the unleaded version. The full strength is just magic! (Also the ceramic ampoule is chef’s kiss. The glow is real, baby! I don’t think it’s for everyone though.)
