But actually it's important one.. on average you need atleast 2.5-3 ltr. Try this.. get copper bottle and fill it up at night. Leave it next on your night stand and drink it first thing in the morning. Your body as a whole will thank you for doing this. ☺️

Yep thank you. 💕 I do drink a lott of water. But I've also had lots of skin issues in the past and this tip never helped or made a difference :( so that's why it used to be annoying. thank god my skin is better now and I actually love to drink water all the time

I've watched so many similar named video about "skincare wish I knew earlier" but hands down this is the best of all. No bakwas, you are straight to the point. This lady started with "I'm not gonna tell you to drink water" from that moment I knew this will be the best & most helpful video about skincare. Trueee I used to get 3 pimples Everytime i use to drink hot coffee But when i started having cold coffee i never get even 1 pimple So i stopped drinking hot milk completely And my skin texture improved!! I'm glad I found a substitute for coffee

I left having sugar, coffee, chocolates and some dairy products 5 months ago, I can absolutely see many differences and thanks to "The Body Shop" s tea tree oil, which helped me to get rid of my cystic acne.

the only 3 things u ever need in your skin care routine are: cleansing sunscreen (very imp) moisturizer (only if it doesn't break out your skin) you can add a suitable vitamin A cream for antiaging. but it will take a long time for your skin to develop tolerance to it. but if you keep using it patiently, it is rewarding.

Diet really plays an important role in clearing out acne. I used to get hell lot of cystic acne and ever since I have stopped consuming dairy my skin has improved so much.

Such a good video Shreya! This can be grouped under a self care holistic video. Many other of these tip videos that I’ve seen earlier were just showing off ‘brands’. And at the end we ended up feeling, ‘yeah we get it, you use branded, top notch products and unless you buy those products as well, you are not gonna get a good skin!’ Well done on this video Shreya! 👏🏻👏🏻

I always find you the most real person on RU-vid. So so different tips i have ever seen on any channel ..but u knw what dii..i m so thankful to youthoob n god for giving me shreya jain..bczz when i was in my 19 i started following u..ur recommendations..ur reviews..ur tips n tricks abt skincare..aftr watching u i got to knw tht my skin type is dry..n how my skin changes accordng to weather..i didn't knw tht before tht my skin changes when the weather changes..on tht time u told tht not to use so kuch in young age..so i followed tht..n then changed my routines accordingly n i started following skincare suggested by u. Used products recommended by u..n now i am really thankful to u tht i am having a good skin rather than my friends who just don't care abt themselves but praise me for what i have right now..these is a really small word for u but thank u so much for being my skincare n makeup guru...keep going on..i hope i'll meet u one day..my skincare goddess😘😘😘😘😘😘😘
