I’ve gone thru 5 bottles of the original TNS, didn’t see too much difference in my skin. I don’t think it is worth it. And THANK YOY Sarah for being such an honest RU-vidr!!! I know we all appreciate it!!

Turn the bottle upside down and tap it in ur palm a couple times and that helps with the 2 chambers to pump equally. That helped with the TNS Essential Serum bottle. For $300 I would much rather use that for Botox treatment or filler.

I reached out to them and they won't disclose the exact percentage of LAA and retinol in their 22% VIT C and 2.5% retinol, respectively. It makes me feel disappointed.

@@sreejitadutta7432 since SAP is higher on the ingredient list than LAA, we can assume that the LAA is at most at 11% - and I am pretty sure it is encapsulated so the percentage of pure L-Ascorbic acid is probably lower still

Some people just don’t want to spend this much money on skincare and will never be convinced that it’s effective on principle. It’s annoying that the chambers don’t pump evenly but if you tap the bottom before dispensing, that resolves easily. That said, I’ve gone through two bottles of the original TNS essential serum and though I use vit a, Vit c and various acids nothing has ever made my skin look as good as this does. The original TNS compound was created by a cosmetic chemist, Vicky Vega, PHD, who is very active on Instagram. There is sound science behind this product. She also did a podcast with the owner of Harben House, The Beauty Formula, it’s worth a listen.

I couldn't agree with you more. I've been trying other EGF products but the SkinMedica formula is pretty amazing, and effective. It really does soften my fine lines and wrinkles in a way almost nothing else does. I picked up their TNS Concentrate and the scent was just awful, so I really do like the formula of the Advanced Serum. The only one I haven't tried yet is the Essential Serum, maybe over black friday it will be on sale somewhere?

Harben house always has 20% off and sometimes 30% off. Also, Costco has had it around Christmas time for a great price!

I’m on my third bottle of the original TNS essential serum. Not cheap but it does have a lot of studies backing it up and it’s effects on wound healing. I use it after microneedling to get it into the skin where it can work. I think it has made a big difference in my skin. Don’t worry about the pump, turn it upside down and tap it and it will start to flow from each chamber. It’s surprising how long a bottle lasts as I don’t feel you need to use it everyday anyway, just when your skin needs a boost or you microneedle. Hope this helps 👍

Definitely going to start using this after microneedling and switch out my Isntree EFG Ampoule. I will say after only a few days using it my skin does look a lot better, and nice to hear it lasts a while, too!

I had trouble with the previous version being irritating but I was so curious about the new Formula. I couldn’t resist trying. In two weeks I had two people ask me what I was doing differently. It worked for me for sure. I am an esthetician and already use a great routine so adding this was the icing on the cake for me. The effects were a smoothness in texture and lessening of lines especially on my forehead.

I hope your continue to win your fight, I've read that rates of it around the world are on the rise. I'd definitely be very cautious, like you are, about anything with growth factors- they just don't have much of a track record for safety. Better to be cautious instead of a gineua pig. I haven't tried much from PCA so you'll have to let me know what you think if you try them out 😀

I have tried the serum and found it nothing special and the TNS eye was just ok....spent a fortune and regretted it. I use Tretinoin and nothing else comes close. Love your reviews btw, love England. UK x

In the past , I ordered the Obaji Revitalance retinaldehyde cream from Overstock for about half of the normal price. The thing that made me question if it was too old or whatever is there wasn't an expiration date on the product anywhere on the box or tube. I watched a video on the product somewhere on YT and I just couldn't tell if the color was off. Normally, it was $120 retail and I got it for $60 on Overstock. I just don't think I have faith in getting skin care on there that has actives. I have tretinoin now, so I won't bother trying to get this again.

I’ll be passing on these since skin cancer runs in my family. Can’t wait for tomorrow’s video!! I’m shopping for a cleansing oil or balm (preferably oil) that turns “milky” when activated. I have a balm but it doesn’t change and I’m not too fond of that kind. Thanks, chickadee🍃🌸

I had the same problem with this TNS product which unacceptable. However, I resolved it by taking the white lid that you press down to dispense the product OFF. Then I pressed down on the side that wasn't working until the product came up and put the white lid back on. MAKE SURE YOUR FINGER IS COMPLETELY ON THE CENTER TO PRESS DOWN. This did work for me. I hope this explanation is clear.

I really am enjoying Skin Actives Collagen Serum. It has a growth factor in it as well as other good ingredients. It’s reasonably priced and packaged in an airless pump. You have to keep it refrigerated though, but in the summer it feels refreshing on my skin.

I remember getting samples years ago and I think it was their strongest tns. I think it was redish. It smelled exactly what they say it is made out of. So if it doesn't smell like scrotum these days I will think less of the ingredients. I finally ordered the tns cermiside (wrong word). I got the feeling due to price I wasn't getting the one from years ago. Waiting on delivery. Thank u for review.

It's crazy how much drama there is in the skincare business. To be honest, I think in the long run if you're interested in EGF the Klairs Midnight Youth Activating Drop is the way to go, plus it's not ridiculously overpriced.

You can also take the pump lid off and push or “prime” the one not coming out as well. That saves on wasting the side that’s pumping out. I had to do that with the TNS essential. I quit using that because of fragrance though. 😟

I use this product almost every evening but the bottle is incredibly fussy. I have to prime it with a paper clip, tap on the bottom and press down two fingers. I also store mine in the fridge.

The manufacturer definitely needs to sort out their bottles. I hate wasting product as well. I may try Reviv. I’ve been using SkinMedica for about three years now so I don’t know how the Reviv will do on my skin.

I think they need a smaller bottle because the tubes are long for only 1 FL OZ. My husband & I had to take the bottle apart to see how it operated & of course the bottle was finished. It was definitely a difficult bottle to dismantle. I don’t pay $295 and I won’t. I know a person who owns a medspa so I know it’s authentic & I don’t pay the $295.

I tried the original TNS growth product when it first came out. At the time I was ordering directly from skinmedica and got a good deal on my first one. I ended up buying a second to see if maybe I hadn't used it long enough. I did not feel for the price I saw any difference. The smell was horrid, one chamber had red, and the second tan. They never finished at the same time. They also did not have a disclaimer about not using it if one had skin cancer. If they did, it was in very small print. I used to use a few of their products, but for the cost I did not see great results for the price. The one I felt was nice and really liked was the HA5 Rejuvenating Hydrator, but again is it worth the price, in my opinion no.

I did not like that about that product either. One side would come out more than the other so I ended up using a lot more product than actually necessary. I agree: for 300 dollars, for that much product, they need to ensure optimal dispenser.

I prefer to use them in this way- I'd recommend using the vitamin c serum first, and in your morning routine. Then after you can apply the Niacinamide, or use the Niacinamide in your evening Routine (this is only if your skin gets flushed using them together) then finish with your Hyaluronic acid Serum.

I hope you are doing well- sending you prayers! Personally, if it were me, I would avoid using this. There just isn't enough historical long term studies on it's safety. I think everyone that chooses to use EGF in skincare is taking a risk and I wish there was more safety studies. I think it is better to be safe than sorry when it comes to this. 🙏🙏
