So happy for Jags and their fans. Outside of the Browns, they’ve been the laughing stock of the nfl. Would be a fantastic story to see them take down Pittsburgh follow by New England.

Mike Tomlin deserves the blame. He went for an onside kick with upwards of 2 minutes on the clock. That short field gave them a touchdown. If not for that touchdown and short field. Steelers could have tied with a field goal.

This is why I call shows like this "Sports Entertainment" and not sports. At least with WWE you know you are about to be fed malarkey ahead of time. The Steelers put up 42 points against the SECOND BEST-DEFENSE IN THE *NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE.* Roethlisberger threw for 469 yards and 5 TDs. Nearly and NFL record. You had two receivers go over 100 yards. Antonio Brown with 7 catches for 132 yards and Vance McDonald with 10 catches for 112 yards. Le'Veon Bell only rushed for 67 yards on 16 carries, but when you are down by 3 TDs running the ball isn't as much use to you. Granted, there were some questionable calls by Mike Tomlin in this game. That 4th and 1 they had late in the first half. I had no problem with them going for it, but why are you lining up in a single-back formation on a 4th and 1 that you desperately NEED? I knew that was disaster as soon as I saw that. Then a timeout was called so I said to myself, "Okay, they'll probably line up with something else since they allowed the Jags to see that." O_o..................They lined up in that formation *AGAIN!!!!!* What happened? Tackled in the backfield for a loss. No field goal, no TD, no first down. The onside-kick was stupid too, but not as much. That all being said, those things didn't cost the Steelers the game. The Jacksonville jaguars are just simply a better football team right now and they proved it. Everytime Pittsburgh made a run, Jacksonville answered. I mean EVERY time. This team is legit and looks like a Super Bowl team. Vikings and Jags. I'm calling it.

That "All Time Defense" got 42 dumped on their heads. The passing defense, supposedly their strength, allowed like 470 yards and 5 TDs. Blake Bortles played alright against a bad defense, how is he gonna do against Bill Belichick? I see the Pats using the same strategy they used against the Titans, stack against the run and force Mariota to make all the plays, against Bortles and make him hate his life. All this is without even mentioning playoff experience and home field advantage. Pats cover the spread, plain and simple.

Bottom line Steelers showed how much they missed shazier also the O.C needs to go along with the D.C

As a Steelers fan I thought we were going to lose, the problem is Tomlin and he needs to be fired. So much for being a defensive head coach, lack of discipline and other ongoing issues, Tomlin just doesn't know how to be an effective head coach.

People are too high on the Steelers 8-2 in one score games prior to this game. The rushing offense wasn't operating at the efficiency of previous years. The defense is susceptible to getting beat badly by bad offenses. Think Baltimore, Green Bay. Mike Tomlin hasn't really been a great coach, just has had high end talent throughout his career

Ben Roethlisberger threw for 469 yards with 5 td passes with 1 interception and 1 fumble against arguably the best defense in the league. The turnovers hurt but I think he more than made up for them with his Madden like offensive numbers

Tomlin lost that game for the Steelers. Yes, they were down by 21 at one point but they pulled back and then conservative play calling and that silly decision to onside kick lost the game.

This defense for Blake bortles is misleading. Yes his stats suggest he had a good game. However. Anyone who watched the game saw that he hardly threw the ball over 5 yards. He had a long pass to a receiver (idk the jags team very well, sorry) which was not an impressive throw, average at best, but the db made no play on the ball so it was an easy catch for 45. On the first drive the TE caught the ball like 5 yards past the LOS and ran for a 21 yard game. He also checked down to yeldon who got 40 on the play. That's is 100 yards of his where he did little to nothing on the play and racked up passing yards. Even his touchdown was off play action and the TE was so open I could have made the throw. Blake bortles was not impressive that game. He looked like the quarterback we all know, just masked by 21 other players. He is going to continue along the path of being a bust, and getting replaced. Never before has a quarterback so bad been so masked by an incredible defense and good run game

Tomlin deserves way more than 25 % He's the heascoach he's responsible for everything. They're a mess of a team. A lot of people were hyping them up to even be in the Superbowl but they're nowhere near the same league as the patriots when it comes to discipline, strategy, preparation etc. They would have been beaten by The Patriots again, there's no doubt in my mind. You have talent on offense, that's pretty much all you have, but can you actually be a good team ? There's more to it than having some talented players.

The problem was defense, the defense played terrible and play calling the play calling was bad just because the 4th down plays worked doesn’t mean it was a good play call. The jags outplayed us and deserved to win that game they d went out there and smothered Ben and Bell and the offense made it happen when they needed to.
