Listen to this man...he still got it. OL Now I'm starting to cry. I love this song so much. Rip Skip you gave it your all and then some.🎤🎼🎶🎶🎶🎶💕👏👏👏👏👏 Pookie Hudson was the Lead singer of the Spaniards ole school definitely. Pookie was an outstanding lead singer. Goodnight Sweetheart was the tune they were famous for.
It was 1976. My high school girlfriend gave me several albums for Christmas. One of them was Skip Mahoney and the Casuals. It came from a special person that two years later the high school crush ended. It's now 2020, I still listen to the songs which brings me back to my high school memories. A group from DC touched this person from San Francisco. A group that had more fans that people realized. RIP to a great singer.
I cannot get through this song without bawling like a baby… This was my husband all-time favorite and every weekend he would play it and we would dance in our living room… I lost my husband in 2019 and not too long ago. I found out that Skip Mahoney passed in 2020.💔 My only hope is that Skip Mahoney, and the casuals no how much and how many hearts were touched by all that incredible music that is still relevant today!!!!🏆🏆🏆 When you sang’ as long as there is a memory of me, my love will never die’ How powerful is that???? Death can never ever steal the memory nor the legacy… Rest in power, my dear sir, and continued blessings to each member of THE CASUALS ❤️🙏🏻💜🏆
