The problem is what I’ve been saying for years. Ben Simmons is not a PG. Hes a PF at best. Simmons does not provide enough offensively to play the position that has the ball the most. I like Doc Rivers but we need a coach that will make Embid play in the paint. Embid thinks he’s Dirk. He’s hurting the team by there not being a physically presence in the paint on the offensive or defensive end. He has to start playing inside out not outside in.

I would trade Ben Simmons for Russell Westbrook. Westbrook has never had a prolific big man. I’ll give up elite defense/no offense in Ben Simmons for elite offense/above average defense in Westbrook.

It hasnt been a comparison since trae entered the league. Defense is cool, but in todays game being offensive is much more important than being a good defender. Because refs dont let you play defense anymore and offensive guys have all the advantages

I was mostly referring to Ben Simmons, but ngl I was salty. I still believe if Kyrie doesn't get hurt, it was a gentleman's sweep. But Giannis went undeniably GOD mode and his costars were clutch too, especially Jrue when it mattered.

As a die hard Sixers fan… I’ve wanted Ben gone since 2018 when he had 1 point in a playoff game. I’ve never let anything else he’s done in the regular season cloud my judgement. I know for a fact Morey will ship him out this offseason, he was supposed to be gone on January 10th, the Sixers will never win anything with Ben Simmons on this team.
