The woman doing an impression of Russell Brand; what is her actual point? What is it she want to convey? 'I do Russel Brand impressions'? Perhaps the message was, 'I don't like Russel Brand, the way he talks and what he talks about to the extant that, not only do I do impressions of him, I also don't have any alternatives - just my impressions of him'. There must be more to it than that surely, else, what's the point of what she does?
She is clearly a huge fan of Russels, it would be Impossible to do such an excellent impersonation otherwise. I happen to know that Charlie and Russ are friends, so its done with love. Think of it as an homage :)
