I heard the term poor mans burnt ends in a weird way. Brats smoked to temp, then covered in mustard, smoked again till it hardens some, covered in some bbq sauce/rub and seared in a pan. NOT BAD!

Along the TN river system we have loads! They are cranking up now. I am not sure where there range stops tho.

@@stankbaitfishing7914 I’ve seen guys catch them down in south Louisiana in the Mississippi River. I guess I need to make a trip to a couple dams around here and check lol. If skips are in TN and in OK and south Louisiana I’d surely think I have them near me up here 😂
