Stellini is back Won against Westham ...Stellini Won against Chelsea...Stellini Same players, different results. Inasmuch as a few players are underperforming, Conte is our major problem. It's less of the players Conte's tactics are too rigid. Conte is too player biased. And he puts his ego first before the team. I wish he rests till the end of the season for better recovery. At least, we will stand better chance of qualifying for UCL

Why can’t we go for an attacking lineup and start all 4 attacking players upfront? I know Conte will never want to play 4 at the back. He loves to go 3 at the back with 2 wing backs in his formation. My formation looks liked this:- Kane Richy Son Kulu Skip Hojbjerg Royal Davies Dier Romero Forster This is just a dream idea that came across my mind knowing that Conte will never play such a formation liked this. This above look liked a 3 but is actually a 4 at the back with Davies as the LB/LWB/LCB and Emerson as the RB/RWB. Given that we can bring in 2 top quality LCB and CCB to upgrade on those 2 positions. I still have doubts on Dier but Davies has been playing superbly well in his last 2 games. Davies should be deployed permanently there at the left hand side of defence until Udogie joins us next summer. Lenglet and Dier should be rotating among themselves or get the nod ahead of each other as the LCB/CCB depends on who is performing better in the team. I for one who is very much to love to have Richy starting up front with Kane as the central striker’s partnership. Richy has not open up his scoring boots in the PL and hope this will help him to change his faith in scoring for us. I could say that this is more of a 3-3-4 formation rather than a 4-2-4 one. A very offensive lineup if one or both the wing backs could also go upfield to join in the attack but both the central midfielders will need to retreat back to shield up the defence. At any time, 5 or even 6 players should be up in the attacking zone if we need to chase a game. If not, there should be at least 5 of them falling back into our own half to defend just in case our attacks break down. It’s a risk to commit too many players upfront if we don’t have a superb and stable squad to lineup in defence.
