I think you should make an episode of Elena’s Get Ungrounded Trivia with those 12 characters as contestants because I would love to see the chaos unfold, and also how many wrong answers will be given out

You know what other character should have the Skippy Voice? Baby Sinclair from Jim Henson's Dinosaurs. He's performed and voiced by Kevin Clash as well, just like Elmo. :)
He's called Kyubey, also known as The Incubator. He's from Puella Magi Madoka Magica, but I only watch one episode. He does not have a gender, but it's generally use he/him pronoun. This character is generally hated by people due to his vile behavior.
