Oh man, it was such a funny entrance, and then Scar just put the cherry on top with that perfect one liner 😂 it’s late here and I just bursted out laughing after Scar said “Hello God.”
I was so sure Grian had written the messages that he and the poepoe received, and was just driving a new plotline himself. SO sure. and then Cub appeared.
@@AngelofGrace96 it was a donkey retextured as a "Sports Horse" and he even had the custom hat made by Scar for him that was the same colors as the retextured donkeys and had a spoiler on the back
"Did you strong arm him with your big arms and your biceps...and your thighs?" Scar is hilarious and the way he bounces off others is always good but him and Skizz carry so much energy together. Like an old comedy duo.
Ok Skizz, here's a tip. Starting symmetrical in trees is not a bad thing. BUT it would benefit you to stop thinking in cardinal directions I think. Like, the palm looks like it was originally thought of as having eight directions - cardinals and diagonals. Try 7. Try 5 or 6. Go up, go down. I like to start mushrooms off with three points in space that I then connect to form the cap. Make it symmetrical if it helps you, but try to avoid the "normal" minecraft directions. And if you're right now thinking "How in the heck does one make a penta-/hexa-heptagon in Minecraft?": Perfect. Keep thinking that. Go make some shapes flat on the ground, and see if you can find different orientations for them. Good job on the Palm and Bridge. Keep on building, Skizz.
I just watch scar newest video with the pop up ticket and I have to say you screwup BIGTIME the ban is august 2 but the paper says 9/2. Let’s see what is wrong with that. First month is January Second month is February Third month is March Fourth month is April Fifth month is May Sixth month is June Seventh month is July Eighth month is August Ninth month is September Talk about mixing messages. I wouldn’t be surprised if some hermits decided to sue you and scar for action on the wrong date. So you might want to fix it ASAP. I know vintagebeef is that will be the most likely one So you need to go to all the marked shops and exchange the papers that are mark 9/2 with papers that are marked 8/2 and alert them hermits to check again. Unfortunately you may still get some backlash for that mistake
Tango's tearful "He whats-upped like, 87 times!" had me in stitches just as much now as when I watched the whole thing on Dipple's second channel yesterday! 🤣🤣🤣
One of the things I know we can always count on with a Skizz video is plenty of interactions with other Hermits. It's seriously something I was long-missing in others' videos and Skizz always delivers. Building and progress is cool and all but... I just love watching everyone hang out and have fun together. Never change Skizz!
Except in a lot of businesses eligibility for vacation time or other benefits are tied to how long you've been with them. A demoting would preserve that, being rehir ed would not
I like how the hermits challenge Skizz to build, knowing he's insecure about his building skills. It helps him grow and improve by just doing it and gaining experience ❤ They always seem to let Skizz do his thing and just give a few tips. I can't wait to see how much he'll have improved by the next season 😊
LOL the true villain of the season is revealed, the Permit Office Manager! And cub is so perfect for it XD I love the permit and mundane government shenanigans so much this season, it's fantastic
Well I think we absolutely need a Naked and Scared based around the trial chambers. "Chase the Mace"...objective, get a mace, and then one shot an iron golem.
Behind the Poe building: impound lot? Repo depot? Skizz screaming “no no no no no no” while in the trial chamber with grian feels like it needs to be in a remix of the no no song x had last season. How is “what’s up” not a TCG card attack?
One thing i love about skiz’s content is that it’s always a fresh perspective, and I’m not afraid to watch-repeat content. Because by the third time, it does get a little tiring, so I really like that i get to see some new viewpoints or little in-betweens
I might be the only one, but I really do want more pressure on the shops. Not only is the interaction of getting citations fun but we get to watch people build something other than their bases which is kind of refreshing.
24:20 for the record shop, an old skool type shop with where you can go and peruse the records and try them before would be awesome. Also, have some of the Jono tunes put onto disc! Hermits could play the bop song through a jukebox while they're working! ❤ P.s. love the bridge and palm trees! 🌴
I love the idea that Cub is just secretly behind everything on the server. Cub is both the ore-snatcher prime suspect (I think Joe was innocent) and the Permit Office Manager, as well as the most successful salesman on the server with his horns and fireworks.
Skizz bet Scar early on in the season that if he could cross a large distance in the nether with a stack of diamonds in his hand without dying, he would call him Sir Scar for the rest of the season

I like the contrast of this and doc's dungeon hunting lol. This one's so chaos with the three barely got any armour on..and doc fully clotheds and just relaxing his way through
Skizz, check out Mumbo's season 8 videos. He did something really cool to make his donkey look like a race car. Maybe he can help do something like that with the POE POE hogs.
I am genuinely so suprised that no one has referred to the "motorcycles" as "Hogs". Its a missed opportunity! Lol theres actual Harley Ds called "hogs", its perfect! Lol Seriously, you gotta jump on that Skizz, you guys ridin around on your hogs. I grew up in a motorcycle shop and that was a huge thing amongst the Harley guys. Lol

The whole hello "Hello boys" and "Hello god" thing reminds me of Charlie's Angels big time, like how they always greet "Good morning Angels" and "Good morning Charlie". Referencing to the 2019 one, Sir Scar with all the brain power, is screaming Elena, the scientist Girl. Grian is definitely Sabina being the rebellious one, and Skizzy is very Jane because despite his chaos energy, he's really the one who strictly follow rules and of course our resident Cabby, Mr. Charlie himself, the man behind the operation.
Skizz please. If you're ever having trouble getting an episode out. Can we get a bloopers supercut? I will probably piss myself laughing but I don't care.
Skizz did pretty good on the trees honestly, the only thing i can think of that would make them a touch better is making the lengths of wood different to give it a more organic look
Big props you went out of your comfort zone with the palm trees :D suggestion: one or two branches sticking up a bit, so they go towards the light and not all hang, so it doesn't get too umbrella-like or uniform :D Good job!
so much was happening in that time lapse! want to slow it down and study it. love seeing the edits in the build happening, like seeing the bridge lamp details and orientation get tested out and swapped until you "had it". and all those hermits dropping in to distract you! cheers on staying on focus, even if the threat of Gem's wrath was the real driving force.
Skizzle I love your building style and time-lapse. The server has some incredible builders who build things that are abit unrelateable for us normal peeps, and that's great too, but I love seeing you build and being able to relate to it abit. Seeing your decision making in the time-lapse and things like that, just so great :D keep up the awesome work and thanks for giving us regular players something to relate to on the server!
