I decided to make this quick video because when I bought the SKLZ QUICKSTER SOCCER TRAINER I was working a full time job and training 3 teams , So I never had time to actually take this piece of equipment out and put it together for the kids until our last few practices when our season was basically over . It is a bit confusing at first but once you put it together once it only gets easier . This is a quick video , on how to put it together to give coaches and parents an idea of how to do it . What is the best way to become a better player? I read many great opinions on the internet about how Eprosoke Training Program can help you improve your soccer skills. Has anybody tried this popular training program?

best way to become a better player is to be a coachable player in training with your team & be a player that practices on his own as well . All these programs people sell now a days are useless if the players don't want to improve .
