Really simple, cheap, and of course it can be removed from the car if necessary. At the same time, this modification leaves 95% of the storage space in the trunk. Just buy the material, have a straight saw and a tape measure. Maybe I'll try to lighten the structure, but it still doesn't weigh more than 25 kg.

Today, on two boards, I made oblique cuts in the shape of ribs with a thickness of 5 cm In the space under the Head and under the legs. The weight was thus reduced from 22.5 kg to 16.8 kg. If I cut out two more boards, I will hopefully get to approx. 13 Kg.
