Hey Madan thanks for checking out the video; I've seen the mk3 headlights on the mk2 but just to be cautious I'd recommend confirming with a Skoda service center for the sake of the cables involved.

@@madankumartg99mk2 needs coding, mk3 also needs coding unless it’s 2017 or later. Then you don’t need it. I can confirm, having changed the rear indicator and reverse lights to led on a 2018 octavia with otherwise full led standard equipment.

2014 Octavia is also MK3, but it is before facelift. MK2 Octavia production was ended in 2013 or 2012, MK3 started in 2013 and MK3 facelift was near the beginning of 2017.

Hey Cole, replacing the clip/connector wouldn't be possible but the fact that one's broken, you could still go ahead and rely on that one to hold the lamp in place but it wouldn't be a snug fit and would be loose. Besides buying a new lamp, the only other option would be to glue the other clip back to the lamp with a strong adhesive.

Hey Gaurav, perhaps the DRL LED will require changing, it's a small fix.

A p21w specifically should be your reverse indicator due to the positions of the pins on the bulb. A 1156 might sometimes have a change in the position.
