Tha main issue is after sales service. People who live in 2nd & 3rd tier cities, face problems when they purchase skoda & vw cars. Parts availability the main issue
@@tanmaysinha7002 yes true.. i own a rapid 2018 dsg model.. i wanna upgrade so i took test drive of slavia 1.0.. handling and pickup feels almost same like earlier skodas ..but feel good factor , rugged feel , plastic build quality , thud sound of doors , dynamics arnt in the league of German cars anymore.
Slavia is indeed a better alternative to base model creta, seltos as ground clearance issue is solved to some extent and slavia will definitely get more crash test score than these compact Suvs

This looks like such a good car but I am skeptical because of the issues people are facing. Like EPC error, Brake noise in AT variant, AC issue, touch screen issue. Service centers are also not very helpful in these cases as they don't exactly know how to solve it.

Now a days everybody go for a compact SUV. But what i feel a full time SUV will give that rugged SUV feel which is not in the compact SUV. And one more thing aerodynamic,luxury,looks,feel,comfort are best in sedan.i have ciaz and i never feel outdated with the designs yes off road is not possible.
I just can't get over the fact that EU cars are over engineered with too many breakable parts. A Japanese car will have two bolts to fit a door to a car. An EU car will use four special screws with ten different plastic parts that need a special equipment to fit.
I know it is our Indian thing to not remove plastic from the seats of a new car. But it doesn't make sense. It becomes hot when you sit for a long time.
