Beautiful waterfall. You all need golf shoes with little spikes to walk. It looks tricky to get around. I picture a warm day standing under the waterfall. Well maybe not directly under it. Imagine the power would hurt. Be safe. 😊

I did the south Iceland tour in June a few years ago.... Almost winter weather with 10C.

There were 6... 2's today. They are making a line through Grimsey Grimses,Vat,and Bunga . Only in 70's today. Turkey, Philippines,and Iceland has gone down. Grimsey had two,2.0 and 2.1 west of Grimsey.

I'd love to see Aurora......do videos. The 13th into 14th there is a Meteor shower..... Geminids. They are supposed to be colorful. One a minute. You have a better chance of seeing up there☺️

We have many beautiful wsterfalls in Oregon! Many of them up our Columbia River! Multnoma is the most famous! You can google pictures!

Just between you and I.... Reykjanes Ridge sits on top of the plate boundary and is very volcanic. Most of the EQ are coming from the Islands along the coast.

I have a friend that drives for hikers in our Area....his name is Mike. We have waterfalls here up trail of Rocks .half that size and we have some two hours away at Rickets Glen 9 waterfalls.....one is 90 ft high

Unfortunately, the day I was there Sept 17, 2023. It was pouring rain, cold and very windy. Still stunning but didn’t get to spend as much time as I would have liked. Hot chocolate and a warm bus was calling louder!

Half have been at Grindavik and Grimsey.

Please do read about the Glaciers before hiking about on them. I have read that they get pockets of melt with air pockets that melt and can be unstable.

The 3.0 was NE of Grimsey

It all slowed down to 52 and after the 4.7 today it's back up to 85. Only one 2.2 at Krysuvik.

The Iceland Feed doesn't show the large EQ It is on ESMC.... European Seismic Station
