The JSB King Heavy 33,95gr are most accurate at 960 to 970 fps on my EPOCH. The group gets so tight with pass throughs. I sold most of my Airguns except for my Edgun Leshiy 2 and FX Wildcat Compact bottle. The Epoch does it all except it's to long and too nice to be a struck gun. Nice shooting and review, bro.

I get great results with my 30 caliber 35” barrel with JSB 50.2 grain pellets at the same speeds you are getting with your 25 caliber .

This is an FX killer, without a doubt!. I had a choice to either get the .357 Rattler or the .357 Epoch. I went with the Rattler because of its significant power difference. However, looking at the accuracy of the Epoch and all the stuff you get with it, I should have got the Epoch.

You did a great job showcasing the Epoch !👍👍 I have had mine for about 6 months ! It is a bench gun first and foremost and is built like a tank with a lot of forethought into ease of maintenance . It has a long shot count and plenty of power to send heavy slugs & pellets at 1000+ fps accurately! The FPS spread between shots is the best of any PCP out there . The trigger and programming is a cut above anything I own . The best part about this Airgun are the people at Skout who are constantly upgrading this model .

I take it pfp can’t compare with Rimfire? Genuine question. I’m researching PCPs, every video, I’ve watched literally hundreds, all the shooters are happy with groups that I’d be appalled with from my benchrest Rimfire guns

Maybe good for bench rest, but I do hope that they eventually produce a version that is 3-4 pounds lighter. For me get rid of all the adjustable but pad to loose some weight. I am going to hold off for a lighter version.

I agree. I was dissapointed for sure...all the work I put into it....but it's getting a steady amount of views per day and slowly creeping up there. It could randomly take off one day...but they should have sent me one 6 months ago if they wanted 300k view. Oh well. The gun is gone now. =(

No doubt! Luxes and shockers still are some of the best markers on the pball market. Only thing I disliked bout them was they were too maintenance dependant, and climate finicky, but you paid the price to get awesome consistency :) rifle looks awesome :)

This electronic trigger has been out for many years with their paintball guns under the toughest of conditions . I like this electronic setup that also allows programming of the dwell to tighten your groups even more with and without different silencers .

the electronics are necessary to maximize every aspect of the shot cycle. Its why in some bench rest comps electronics are banned because they have an unfair advantage over purely mechanical guns.

Ive been waiting for this review! The times they are a changing. What a beast, looks well suited for the bench. How's the DB level? Does it have any noise from the shot cycle? It didn't make your collection?

No, it has a satisfying faint air sound inside that must be the hammerless design. So you can hear the air do something, but there is no hammer hitting anything. It reminded me of my Auto Cocker paintball gun which dominated because the bolt went backwards and it fired with just air instead of air and a forward plunger like other paintball guns, It is quiet all around. Very nice fun shoot.

Interesting they say to store depressurized. Dont know if this gun has as many orings as say a FX rifle but most say to keep a small amount of pressure inside to keep the orings seated and in good shape.

Electronic markers have been the best in the paintball world for 20 plus years. Any air rifle over $700 should be Electronic. The tech has been out for years. Paintball is much more demanding then air rifle usage.

I turned the velocity up on my LCS 25 Cal to 960 FPS with the FX 34 grain pellets and there’s something going on at 960 because that gun is hole in hole right now and I was shooting at 905 FPS accurately but not as accurate as 960 FPS🤷‍♂️. I’m pretty impressed. Can’t wait to get the Epoch in .22 & .25.

Still single shot repeater rifles are flooding the markets at a very steep price of $3,000.00+. Please do fully automatic rifles because many rather go with breaker guns & never need the pump & ac pump. Can't understand why fake rifles cost much more than real rifles.

Air rifles have their place. They are definitely too expensive! They are a lot of fun. The ammo is super cheap compared to most rifles. I can shoot it in my backyard. I don't have to pack all my shit up to go to a real shooting range. Keeps me practicing for a lot cheaper. Don't get me wrong. I had buyers remorse when I first got mine but after playing with it I love it. The rifle I got was the western airgun sidewinder in .25. the full auto and silenced rifle is so fun! That was another reason I bought it is because there's no way I could afford a real fully automatic suppressed rifle. Not to mention all the red tape you would have to break through to even buy one of those 😂. There is no replacement for a real rifle. You can definitely buy a lot of cool real rifles for 2500! But this air rifle is cool. You definitely should try one someday.

with all the accidental discharges id like to see a auto safety added. I cant remember but I think my hatsan bullboss has that. every pull of the charging handle puts the safety on. nice review as always.

If I was at a match and the guy next to me was using this particular airgun and I had listen to all that chatter. Frankly I think I get pissed off. Maybe it’s just me what they need to do is Bluetooth out that yak yak the earbuds so some guy it’s not shooting with anything but his head doesn’t have to be listening to it. It’s a beautiful piece of technology. Don’t get me wrong if I had the bucks to be mine but listen to a talk like that is like driving with your mother-in-law

That’s what everyone hears when the gun is powered it up, yet the reviewers still say E-pok! 🙄LOL! Kinda like the FX PanTHera. FX has said that the H is silent. Should be pronounced Pantera. @AirgunChannel Another of your reviews convinced me to get the LCS SK19, which proved to be a very nice experience until the gun had to be serviced... but there is no support anymore.. your maintainace video was also very good on the LCS but not deep enough... currently I have a 2250€ gun that leaks air and cannot shoot for the last 2 months. I don't know, if I am supposed to invest to a 3500€ airgun with a lot of new gadgetry how I am supposed to know that the after sales support will be adequate.. I live in Europe..

@@christosmavrommatis912: 11-19-2023: I also have an SK-19 that has a slow leak, in one week it goes from full pressure to about 50 bar, I can’t find the leak. Maybe LCS Air Arms has gone out of business, Airguns of Arizona cut all ties with them and don’t service them any more (it’s what I was told), LCS AIR ARMS don’t answer any phone calls and you can’t leave them a message, their website was down the last time I checked about 2 weeks ago. Other than that, I love my SK-19, it’s very accurate and fun to do pest control hunting with. I only use it in semiautomatic, I bought it for it’s accuracy and the ability of follow up shots when needed during pest control hunting, I don’t see any value in wasting money in dumping pellets or slugs in full auto.

You know what’s funny about this is, I was responding to another video, but commented to yours. Anyway, just want to say Nate I love your videos too. This gun is awesome little out of my price range but I love to see how you do the tuning and everything with it. Fantastic job, maybe someday I’ll be able to get one too.

They do make them (Not this brand) in .457 and 50. If they can take a 2000-pound Bison down I am sure that a moose would not necessarily be out of the equation.
