Okay, maybe im lucky but this is the trick that is working for me for spawn lobbies with "Ice & Easy" convoys. Of course, you gotta do Yanita first. Ive been switching from cross play lobby (settings menu) to PS5 only lobby ....back n forth. Complete an Ice & Easy then change my settings, which puts me in a brand new lobby. And then shortly there after another Ice & Easy pops up. Complete that convoy, then re-change my settings again, rinse & repeat. No doubt, i think its helped me get alot more Ice.
Anyone who isn't rolling with @Banishedsoulsofficial should be it's definitely worth the quest line even if your not pvp like cryptic said there is a furniture that helps the samebank
