To be fair what the best ship is really depends on what you are doing... Brig is best "overall" ship imo... But my fav is Sambuk

Use sambuk most the brig is great po8 runs but with season 1 better of po8 in combat ship to farm smugglers marks

If they add the Frigate into the game for players, it better go 18 knots, because the enemy ships that i assume are frigates constantly keep up with my Brig, sometimes they go even faster than me.

Sir that's a brigantine the brig is used by the fleet of pestilence and is highly likely to be a player ship at some point

I'll almost certainly be using the Brig exclusively until they add another ship that's as fast.
