I'm gonna be completly honest with you? I know a lot of people who worked on this game, from chilean developer Iguanabee, and while they told me that their experience working with GameMill wasn't ideal, the fact that this was present on an AGDQ event was quite an honour. Keep doing a good work, GDQ! KONG KONG KONG
This game has surprisingly good ground and collision detection out of bounds, compare to a lot of games where out of bounds are just a huge void which you traverse in various crazy way.
Well, technically, that's because it's very bad Objects become invisible or lose collision for optimisation reasons, and there's as little objects as possible overall If you don't do any of that, you end up with an OOB that's just like any other part of the game
this is what i was expecting for a speedrun of this game, but the getting out of bounds part seems to be hilariously easy. like it didnt look like there were any invisible walls until like the very end where they jumped on top of one.
I never never heard such a unanimous appraisal from the entire couch and player before. Maybe I should buy this game rn. 😃 Also love the part where everyone starts chanting "Rock! Rock! Rock!" Heavily reminds me of Galaxy Quest
It's really impressive that even for a bad game like this there's still a dedicated community to discorver glitches and do speedruns 😅 I hope this doesn't sound too mean, it was still an entertaining run ;)
Addendum to the Addendum: If this community finds a backwards long jump, or similar to skip some of the middle dashing portion, it will be a cult classic speedrun.
The tri-addendum; wtf I kind of want to watch a little bit of the normal gameplay for this. It is shocking that a company decided this was ready to release...
