You know, I think Fukua is totally that guy who wanted to make an OC, but he just copies a character and recolors it and call it "original" for "I made my Skullgirls OC! Her name is Fukua, and she has a parasite on her head called Famfon that fights along with her!"

Guys I found a way to easily beat Filia without the Grabbing spam and the Scorpion tail attack Ok so Filia will always crouch block unless you jump so just use Forever a clone (Heavy) because Forever a clone (Heavy) counts as an aerial move but the CPU doesn't know that so it will still crouch block therefore this will break the block and you'll be able to get in and attack then just back up and do it again or do it in close proximity so you can attack her faster Also some tips Never run at Filia unless she's stunned or has been hit she'll always find a way to hit you before you can react always let her come to you Be VERY careful with your Blockbusters if she blocks them then she'll immediately attack while you are exiting the animation Always jump backwards at the start because if you stay still there's a very high chance that she'll do a ground spike and if you jump normally you'll get hit by it and double jumping might trigger her level 3 Blockbuster which takes like half your health off also don't jump forward because she'll either do the Blockbuster or will jump and start a chain of attacks Always run away DO NOT try to tank and block attacks she'll always break your block and start a gigantic chain that'll leave you around 2 thirds to half HP Do not get greedy it will only lead to getting combo-ed by Filia And uhhh that's about it hope this helps you guys a lot so you don't have to go through my pain

The Filia fight is set on Nightmare difficulty, even if the difficulty is set on easy. And she has 300% more health than usual. You need some crazy strategy or some crazy cheese for you to win.
Fukua is a joke character who's existence is completely non-canonical. She was created to make fun of Decapre's release in Ultra Street Fighter 4 as an April Fool's joke.
She is actually 2 assassins,; one who is good with projectiles, and another who is good with close range. Both are put into one Filia based body and they use the clones for her attacks. Her parasite is Shamone.

It’s supposed to be funny because it’s very meta and no one has done meta humor before. So funny.” No, it’s not fucking funny. You just made me lose like 20 times in a row, just to restart at a lower difficulty and still find the same bullshit boss, then look up online what I’m supposed to do and then do a minigame for 3 minutes straight. Just because you’re referencing something bad doesn’t make it good all of a sudden. It still sucks, being self aware doesn’t change anything. It’s like when a character in a bad movie mentions a bad trope they’re themselves doing. It’s not “clever” or “meta”, it’s just dumb.
