The BBC voice saying “it’s official? Ok, let me break the news to them. It’s been an honour working with you tonight.” added an eerie touch to this. Great work, the quality is chefs’ kiss, all of the channels look very convincing.
That was actually a reference to the titanic band in which the leader of the band said “it’s been an honour playing with you tonight”. I wanted to add it in to show the announcers at the end of the day are human too.
I genuinely got caught out by this, such is the realism of it! The BBC Announcer especially, sounds SO much like Phil Vowels (he did the BBC One’s Queen Mother, in light of today’s news our normal programming has changed continuity), it’s scary. Kudos to the time, effort and realism that you have put into these mocks. I actually thought it was just a skip through the Sky programme guide, until I read the comments and realised it wasn’t! Keep up the amazing work 😊
I was like “OH BOI I LOVE SKY+ HOW DO YOU STILL HAVE IT?” that’s when I got tricked into thinking that it was a normal channel scroll, it was a FULL ON EAS with ALL THE CHANNELS! Great work!
This is so realistic! I'm wondering if you could make the same video but the news is different like a Zombie outbreak or a alien invasion or a asteroid please?
Love the scenario, great work!! There is only one thing I would change: make the video start more abruptly, like in the middle of a programme, not exactly at 7:00, and make the "bombshell" drop later to increase the shock factor.
Hello MocksEAS, can you do a full Sky+HD channel surfing as well as mock news reports from different news channels about a fictional Russian nuclear attack against Britain from June 2023?
it's an emergency announcement, not the death of a monarch, or any other tragic event, so they would either give out emergency information or stop broadcasting.
Kinda wish we could see what would've happened if Cartoon Network or Nickelodeon was switched on. I mean, how would you convey such information to kids?
@@mockstv9739 you could of put cbbc or cbeebies in there! could of replaced a bit of the sky intermission part, they would of probably asked viewers to switch to bbc one
