The use of Sky Lanterns is illegal in most parts of Germany, some American States & Chinese cities. No matter how they are made, Sky Lanterns Can Cause Fires. A cow died from eating a piece of lantern's frame, puncturing it's intestines, a foal had to be put down after it injured itself on a fence when startled by two lights that landed in it's field. Even Bamboo takes a long time to degrade. There is a danger of lanterns being sucked into aircraft engines while airborne. On the ground, lantern debris has the potential to cause damage to aircraft engines, tyres and fuselage and they are a danger to Marine Life, looking like food. DON'T LET THEM GO!
