Are the condos on Strip ( Las Vegas Blvd) built on bedrock if not, pls advice what was the original underneath (wetland, Landfill, etc)?

Yeah, the problem with high rise multiple unit condo towers, besides the price, is the association fees. The Association fees are super, super, steep because of the amenities plus it’s a freakin’ big building to maintain and take care of.

Pls do a video the reason not to buy in Sky ( Sky tower and Sky Place). Also, pls explain why is Sky is better than Turnberry place and they both located in the same area (just right next to each other)?

☆☆☆☆☆Hi there Im very interested in Renting a unit Long term. You mentioned tenants can PAY a entire Year rental in advance. Is that still possible and does it include HOA fees as well? No problem! You can self park at sky. Everyone gets at least one assigned parking spot. I do t have a video yet about why not to buy but honestly it may be hard to think of the negatives. I’ll do it at some point but all around good tower. 🤷‍♂️

If Vegas doesn’t have water then southern California is also dry. We give them all their water.

You've got your facts wrong, buddy. California only gets about 15% of its water from the Colorado River. Most of our water comes from the Sierras, and we do a good job of re-using/reclaiming water.
