Sky News host Rita Panahi questioned whether university students participating in pro-Palestine protests know “what they’re chanting for”.
Mr Murray wrote a piece in the New York Post earlier this month called, ‘College idiots calling for ‘Intifada’ have no idea how many innocents have died from that word’.
Pro-Palestine protests on university campuses escalated in April following mass arrests at the Columbia University encampment.
“I do really worry that so many of them do have an understanding of what they’re chanting for,” said Ms Panahi.
“Some of the justifications, the mad rationalisations we’ve heard in recent months send a chill up your spine.”
